PRIVACY INFORMATION IN KEEPING WITH ART. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003

In accordance with art.13, Legislative Decree 196/03 and with regard to personal data submitted to Studio Congressi s.r.l., we would like to inform you of the following:

1. PURPOSES OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed through a form edited and sent by Studio Congressi to whoever wishes to take part in one of our conferences.
You personal data may also be used to send you promotional information about other conferences organized by us.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CAN BE CARRIED OUT BY MEANS OF:
a) the operation/operations outlined in art. 4, paragraph 1, section a) Legislative Decree 196/2003, i.e.: collection, registration, organization, storage, consulting, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, communication, deletion and disposal of personal data.

b) The above mentioned operations can be carried out with or without the support of electronic or computer equipment.

c) Personal data processing is carried out by the agency’s owner or by the person in charge of the personal data processing.

3. PERSONAL DATA SUBMITTAL
The submittal of personal data is necessary for the purposes outlined in section 1.

4. REFUSAL TO SUBMIT PERSONAL DATA
Refusal to submit personal data for the purposes outlined in section 3, will result in the inability to carry out the activities outlined in section 1.

5. PERSONAL DATA TRANSMISSION
Personal data can be transmitted to Studio Congressi’s staff or to external collaborators and generally to those who need those data to carry out the activities outlined in section 1.

6. PERSONAL DATA DISTRIBUTION
Personal data are not subject to distribution.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
Art. 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003 endows the person concerned with some specific rights, among which, the possibility to check whether his/her personal data exist within Studio Congressi’s data base and whether they can be distributed; the person concerned has the right to know the origin of his/her personal data, the purposes and processing techniques; moreover he/she has the right to know the personal data of the agency’s owner and those of other people whom his/her personal data may be submitted to; the person concerned has the right to update, correct, integrate, delete or block his/her personal data subject to breach of law; the person concerned can therefore oppose having his/her data processed.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OWNER
