In keeping with art. 13, legislative decree 196/03, and as for the personal data managed by Studio Congressi s.r.l., we would like to inform you that all personal data will be processed and used for public relation purposes and when planning and promoting conferences organized by our company. The personal data processing may be carried out either with or without electronic storing systems. Personal data are required only to carry out the above-mentioned activities. If you do not authorize us to use your personal data, we will not be able to carry out the above-mentioned activities. The personal data may be managed by the person responsible for the personal data processing and/or may be given to external collaborators and generally to those who need these data to carry out the above-mentioned activities. Personal data may also be given to pharmaceutical companies and other clients for the purpose of organizing the conference. Art. 7 T.U. gives the person concerned the following rights: he/she can verify whether his/her personal data still exist within the company’s data base; he/she can demand that his/her personal data be made available and checked, he/she can ask to know the origin, purposes and personal data processing methods, he/she can request details about the company and the person responsible for processing personal data. The person concerned can also ask to update/correct/delete his/her personal data, in case of breach of law he/she can oppose to personal data processing. Studio Congressi s.r.l.
